About My Clients
I have experience in providing trauma informed care to children, families and adults and have worked with active-duty service members, military veterans, first responders and family members, victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and abuse, childhood trauma, depression, anxiety and addiction.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned a Bachelors in Social Work at Texas Woman’s University, and a Masters in Social Work at University of Texas at Arlington. My experience includes: foster care, working with both foster parents and children, domestic violence, active duty service members, veterans and family members. I have experience working with children at a Children's Advocacy Center serving and advocating for children and families and RTC for addiction.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My goal is to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space in an effort to empower those who are on a journey of healing and growth. I believe in individualized treatment with a person-centered lens and strive to assist clients in developing a treatment plan that supports realistic, achievable goals.
