My Background and Approach
If you're looking for a warm, welcoming, inclusive, supportive, and safe environment to resolve challenges, it's in my office (including telehealth). In therapy, you will experience an integrative, eclectic approach, including CBT, DBT, ADHD clinical services, LGBTQ(etc.) affirming care, and Emotional Freedom Techniques & Tapping (EFT) as needed, to help improve your emotional regulation and functioning. Together, we can develop practical coping skills, improving self-esteem, and creating meaningful change.
