About My Clients
I provide individualized, holistic mental health therapy to adults, 18 years of age and older that are struggling with their identity, relationships, trauma, stress, mental health, etc. I have helped many people confront their trauma, grow from their struggles, heal from their pain, and move forward to live a life of peace, fulfillment, and confidence, rooted in emotional and mental freedom.
My Background and Approach
I integrate traditional forms of therapy such as ACT, DBT, CBT, Mindfulness, Somatic therapy and Attachment therapy. Paired with my compassion and dedication, my therapy provides you with a chance at true healing and living the life you deserve to live. Amanda earned her Master of Social Work with a clinical concentration from Fordham University and Bachelor of Social Work from Monmouth University. Amanda’s clinical experience in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient mental health programs grounded her in Dialectic Behavior Therapy, enhancing her holistic approach to therapy by integrating mind-body techniques. Amanda values collaboration and inclusivity, striving to create a safe space for healing and meaningful conversations.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Humans heal in holistic and dynamic ways. After all, healing trauma doesn’t just impact one part of your life – it truly transforms every part of you and prompts incredible changes in your relationship with yourself and others, your career, your goals, and your outlook on the world.
