When needed, I will provide psychoeducation as well as suggest behavioral modification. I will help you replace unhealthy behaviors and provide alternative options.
My Background and Approach
Amanda Ferrara is a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist in Southern California. She has a private practice office in Orange County. Here she utilizes an eclectic therapeutic approach by incorporating different modalities to help clients develop a greater sense of self and understand their experiences. She obtained her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Antioch University in Los Angeles.
