About My Clients
I work in individual therapy with both adolescents and adults in addressing various presenting concerns, including mood and anxiety disorders, addiction and substance use, and trauma, related stressor disorders. I enjoy working with individuals in life transitions, including emerging adulthood, and support those who are struggling with grief and loss. I particularly am drawn to working with ADHD and related neurodivergence in finding a space for themselves in a neurotypical world.
