About My Clients

I serve individual adult clients ages 25 and up who are struggling with disordered eating and mind-body connection. I also serve clients struggling with grief and loss.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor regulated by Washington State (License Number LH61511291). I am also a National Certified Counselor and hold a master’s degree from Northwestern University in clinical mental health counseling. My areas of focus include eating disorders and existential approaches to grief and traumatic loss. I have received additional post-graduate training in both of these areas of focus. My therapeutic orientation is person-centered, psychodynamic, and existential. I also utilize the ACT, RO-DBT, DBT, MSC, and somatic modalities when appropriate and agreed upon with the client.
