I work with clients feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or navigating major life changes, like a career shift or adjusting to new roles, including parenthood. Many of my clients struggle with patterns of stress, self-doubt, and emotional fatigue during transitions. I have 10 years of experience helping people feel more grounded, less overwhelmed, and more connected to themselves and others. I work with college students, young adults, and professionals who are navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, relationship challenges, or big life changes. My background includes training in evidence-based tools that help people better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns, I always bring a warm, down-to-earth style to our work together.
