About My Clients
My clients are often feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in repeating patterns they no longer want to carry. They may be navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, or difficulties with boundaries and communication. Many are seeking a safe, supportive space to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My Background and Approach
With a background in education and experience supporting children, individuals, couples, and families, I understand how life experiences, relationships, and environments shape the way we cope, connect, and view ourselves. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and rooted in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. I primarily use Emotionally Focused Therapy and Bowen Family Systems Therapy to help clients explore emotions, attachment needs, relationship dynamics, and generational patterns that may be impacting their daily lives. I also integrate attachment-based, narrative, and solution-focused approaches to support growth and healing. My goal is to help you gain deeper self-awareness, strengthen communication and boundaries, build healthier relationships, and move toward a more grounded and authentic version of yourself.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people are deeply shaped by their relationships, experiences, and the environments they grow up in. Often, the patterns we struggle with today once served a purpose or developed as a way to cope, protect ourselves, or survive difficult experiences. I do not believe people are broken or beyond healing. Instead, I believe growth begins when people feel safe enough to explore their emotions, experiences, and relationships without fear of judgment. I believe therapy should be collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique story and needs. Healing is not about perfection; it is about developing greater self-awareness, emotional connection, balance, and healthier ways of relating to ourselves and others. My goal is to walk alongside clients as they rediscover hope, strengthen their sense of self, and create meaningful, lasting change.
