My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Social Worker, who has been providing counseling since 2012. I am EMDRia trained. From common stressors and struggles to some of the worst traumas you can imagine, I have walked with many people in healing their traumas and building healthy coping strategies for the future. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I strongly believe that it is important to work with the whole person as trauma affects our mind, body, and spirit. I also think it's important for my clients to bring their whole selves to the counseling room; crying, cussing, screaming are all welcome.
