About My Clients
I believe that every individual has within them what is necessary to reach their full potential. I offer a safe and compassionate environment where clients are able to foster insight and self-awareness that leads to positive change. It is an honor to walk alongside my clients on their path to emotional wellbeing. I have experience working with individuals dealing with a variety of mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, adjustment issues, and trauma.

I am here to help support and guide you through the changes you want to make, while offering strategies to help achieve these goals. I believe that a foundation of self compassion is key for personal growth and insight. I know that sharing your inner world with someone else can be vulnerable and scary, and aIso believe it is one of the greatest gifts we can give to ourselves.
