About My Clients
The first step is the biggest. My clients feel at ease when they see that they have a therapist that supports them every step of the way.
My Background and Approach
I have work with children with ADHD, PTSD, and anxiety by using play therapy techniques, behavior modification strategies and CBT. For my adult clients, I have experience in areas such as bipolar, PTSD, anxiety or depression by using modalities such as EMDR, CBT, CPT and TIR in order to reduce symptoms.
