I am deeply committed to affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients. I work with individuals exploring or living out their sexual orientation and gender identity, navigating coming out, relationship concerns within LGBTQ+ communities, and the unique stressors that come with living in a world not always built for you.

I have clinical experience supporting survivors of sexual trauma. I work with clients processing past sexual abuse or assault with a trauma-informed, relational approach that honors your autonomy and healing timeline. My work is grounded in attachment and narrative theory and focuses on helping you reclaim a sense of safety, agency, and connection in your body and relationships.

I specialize in supporting clients through the physical, emotional, and relational changes of pregnancy and the postpartum period. I work with clients navigating perinatal anxiety and depression, identity shifts, relationship changes, and the complex emotions that come with becoming a parent or expanding your family. I'm particularly skilled at working with transgender and nonbinary individuals experiencing pregnancy and parenthood.

I am currently training in Emotionally Focused Therapy under clinical supervision and am committed to deepening my expertise in this approach. EFT helps clients and couples access and work with the emotions underneath relational patterns and disconnection. By tuning into what's really happening beneath the surface, we can create more secure, responsive ways of being with each other and ourselves.

Attachment theory is foundational to my work. I'm curious about what you learned about relationships early on — what felt safe, what felt risky, what you learned about yourself and others. By understanding your attachment patterns, we can explore how past relational learning shows up in your life now and how you might build new, more secure ways of connecting with yourself and others. This approach is especially meaningful in perinatal work and relationship counseling.

I use narrative therapy to help you externalize problems and explore the stories you've been living by — and the stories you want to tell about yourself going forward. This approach is powerful for clients working through identity questions, life transitions, and experiences of marginalization. By examining how your story has been shaped by your past, we can begin to author new chapters that feel more true to who you are and who you want to become.
