About My Clients
At Caring Connections, we serve individuals, couples, children, teens, and families navigating life’s challenges—whether it’s anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, parenting concerns, life transitions, trauma, or self-esteem issues. We specialize in creating a compassionate, collaborative space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change in their lives and relationships.
My Background and Approach
Our team of licensed therapists and associates brings a wealth of experience across a variety of evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, play therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. With specialties spanning anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, couples counseling, family therapy, grief support, and neurodiverse-affirming care, we are dedicated to tailoring our methods to each client’s unique needs. Many of our therapists are trained in child and adolescent development, parenting support, and perinatal mental health, while others focus on adult life transitions, career stress, or relationship healing. Our diverse team allows us to match you with a therapist best suited to your goals—whether that’s building coping strategies, improving communication, healing past wounds, or fostering greater emotional resilience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At Caring Connections, we believe in creating a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental environment where every voice matters. Our team values compassion, collaboration, and respect for each client’s story. We are passionate about supporting diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ community, neurodivergent individuals, and families of all forms. Many of our therapists engage in community education, support local mental health initiatives, and volunteer in causes that strengthen families and foster emotional well-being. We believe in breaking the stigma around mental health and making therapy approachable, practical, and transformative. Whether through parenting workshops, anxiety support groups, or individual sessions, our mission is to help people build healthier relationships—with themselves and those they love.
