About My Clients

If you’re a child, teen, adult or family who seems stuck in a cycle of big emotions, behavioral challenges, or anxiety that feels like it appears out of nowhere, you’re in the right place. My ideal clients are individuals who are overwhelmed by feelings they can’t yet name, trauma they can’t quiet process, families searching for clarity beneath the chaos, and provider's needing support for students whose behaviors signal something deeper than defiance.

My Background and Approach

For the past 10 years, I’ve focused my career on helping clients work through trauma, manage anxiety, and understand their neurodivergent experiences. I’ve completed specialized trainings in cognitive techniques that allow us to get right to the heart of what you’re feeling. My style is direct, collaborative, and centered on giving you real tools—not just talk. By the time we’re done, you’ll have personalized techniques you can use anytime to calm your body, ground your thoughts, and regain control. Together, we’ll uncover what triggers your symptoms and build the resilience you need so triggers no longer dictate your days.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My work is guided by a simple truth: everyone deserves to be seen, supported, and given the chance to heal. My background in education first showed me how deeply children and families are affected by stress and trauma, and it sparked my commitment to compassionate, accessible care. I’ve spent years serving underserved communities, providing mental health support to those who often have the fewest resources. This work strengthened my belief in meeting people where they are and honoring their unique stories. It helped me understand that healing happens in safe, steady relationships and that even small moments of support can change a life. Above all, I believe no one should have to navigate pain alone. My goal is to offer a warm, steady, and supportive space where clients feel understood, valued, and empowered to grow.
