My Background and Approach
My approach involves combining my 20 years of music experience, 5 years of clinical experience, and a lifetime of lived experience to help build resilience in adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, and adults who struggle with anxiety and low self-esteem. Whether you are a musician or just love listening to music, I can show you how to use music to process your trauma, find your voice, and build on the inner strength I know you already have. I always start with meeting you where you're at in your healing journey, and working together to find the techniques and skills that are most effective for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and self-identify as a lesbian. I also identify as a fellow trauma survivor. I believe in the power of music and the arts for healing, because it has saved my own life countless times.
