About My Clients
I work best with people who feel deeply, think deeply, and are ready to better understand themselves. Many of my clients are trauma survivors, LGBTQ+ individuals, or neurodivergent adults who have spent years adapting to environments that didn’t fully see or support them. Together we explore identity, relationships, nervous system responses, and the impact of past experiences while building tools for resilience, clarity, and self-trust.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is relational, trauma-informed, and holistic. I draw from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and relational therapy to help clients understand the deeper patterns shaped by their life experiences and relationships. Much of my work focuses on trauma, identity development, and helping clients reconnect with parts of themselves that may have been pushed aside for survival. Together we explore both mind and body experiences—how your nervous system holds stress, how past relationships shape present ones, and how different parts of you try to protect you. I work frequently with LGBTQ+ clients, trauma survivors, and neurodivergent individuals who want a space where their identities are affirmed and understood. My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and gently challenged so that meaningful insight, healing, and lasting change can happen.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where people can show up fully as themselves without needing to hide parts of their identity or experience. My work is grounded in multicultural and feminist perspectives that recognize how systems, culture, and relationships shape our mental health. I am deeply committed to LGBTQ+ affirming care and supporting neurodivergent individuals in ways that honor difference rather than pathologize it. I believe healing happens in connection—with ourselves, with others, and within communities that allow us to feel safe and valued. In therapy, I strive to create a space rooted in curiosity, authenticity, and compassion where every part of your story is welcome.
