Anxiety often shows up as overthinking, tension, or the feeling that you have to hold everything together. I help clients slow down, breathe, and identify the patterns that keep them in a cycle of worry. Through mindfulness, grounding exercises, and practical coping skills, we work together to find calm, confidence, and emotional clarity — even in life’s most stressful moments.

Depression can make life feel heavy and uncertain, but healing is possible when we learn to reconnect with ourselves. I help clients understand the root of their sadness and create small, meaningful shifts through mindfulness, journaling, and self-compassion. Together, we build healthier thoughts, daily routines, and emotional tools that restore hope, motivation, and balance.

I use CBT to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that affect emotions and behavior. By combining mindfulness and practical coping tools, I guide clients in recognizing their triggers, challenging negative self-talk, and creating new, empowering perspectives. This approach helps teens and women build confidence, reduce anxiety, and navigate daily challenges with clarity and calm.

I bring mindfulness into each session because learning to be fully present and aware can shift the way we respond to stress, anxiety, or transitions. With girls and women seeking balance, we use gentle mindfulness practices (breathing, body scan, reflection) alongside emotional regulation skills. This helps deepen growth, reduce reactivity, and support sustainable wellbeing.

For clients who are ready to move forward and want efficient, goal-oriented change, I use solution-focused methods. We explore strengths, identify what’s already working, map out small actionable steps, and celebrate progress. This orientation fits well for ambitious teens and women who want clarity, direction and momentum without dwelling on the past.
