About My Clients

Navigating life can be difficult, and you don’t have to do it alone. I strive to meet clients where they are and help them get to where they want to go. I am committed to providing high-quality mental health care that is integrative, holistic, and aligns with your counseling goals. You can expect a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgemental space where you can express yourself, gain awareness, and create a more meaningful and fulfilling life. I look forward to connecting with you.

My Background and Approach

Through my training and experience, I have developed a special interest in working with individuals experiencing life transitions, grief, anxiety, relationship concerns, and identity exploration. While I have particular experience working with adolescents and young adults, I welcome clients of all ages. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter. My approach to therapy is person-centered and integrative to tailor our sessions to your individual needs.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I have my bachelor’s degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and am completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capital University. It is my privilege to journey with you through whatever season life has brought you to.
