About My Clients
I work with adults and teens ready to make meaningful behavior change along with parents working to support their children currently navigating mental health challenges. I have a counseling approach which includes being person centered and collaborative. My ideal client is ready to work and developing ways you can improve your mental health by practicing effective coping skills together.
My Background and Approach
I have been an advocate for mental health for over 12 years as both a social worker and then a therapist. I have worked with both adults and teens in a high level of care as a mental health therapist since 2021. In 2025, I founded Undivided Heart Mental Health, a practice centered around evidence-based and client-centered care that utilizes CBT, DBT and ACT therapeutic approaches. My vision is to empower each client to pursue a meaningful life aligned with their values and goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I was born and raised in Tampa, Florida and am a huge Tampa Bay Lightning fan. In addition to serving my community as a mental health counselor, I am also a volunteer with the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention and am on the board for planning Tampa's annual Out of Darkness Walk. In my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking, visiting new spot to get green juice and spending time with my family and dog, Stark.
