About My Clients

I work with individuals who feel disconnected or overwhelmed and are ready to move toward a more balanced, authentic way of living. Whether you are navigating anxiety, shame, or neurodivergence, I help you root back into your own wisdom. I also work with couples who are struggling with communication or the intense pain of betrayal and infidelity. My practice is a celebratory space for all identities, including trans, queer, and polyamorous folks seeking a systemic perspective.

My Background and Approach

With over 17 years of experience, I integrate Contemplative Psychotherapy with a systemic lens. My approach starts from the radical belief that you already possess innate wisdom and "basic goodness." My role is to give you the tools to access that wisdom. I specialize in the nuances of social power dynamics. For trans, queer, poly, and marginalized folks, therapy must be more than "coping"—it must be a space that understands the impact of systemic oppression and privilege. We’ll look at how external systems have shaped your internal world, helping you reclaim your voice and personal power. For couples, I offer a confidential container to navigate betrayal. We’ll look at how power shows up in your partnership and find a path toward healing—whether that means rebuilding trust or parting with clarity. No matter how complex your world feels, we can work together toward self-awareness. I offer a free 30-minute introductory session to see if we’re a good fit.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that relationships are where our greatest joys and our deepest hurts live. Whether it’s the relationship you have with yourself or the one you share with a partner, I believe that coming into "right relationship" is the key to a fulfilling life. I believe that every person has a core of "basic goodness" that cannot be broken, only obscured by the "noise" of life, trauma, or systemic pressure. My belief is that therapy should be a place where your whole self is seen—including your marginalized identities and the way you navigate social power. I believe that even the hardest chapters, like betrayal or deep conflict, can be catalysts for profound growth and self-awareness. I am committed to providing a deeply informed environment where we honor your unique journey and innate wisdom. You don't have to be perfect to heal; you just need to be supported.
