My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I hold an Education Specialist degree as well as a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Florida State University. In addition to specializing in sex therapy, I have counseling experience in the areas of sexual and identity struggles, anxiety, depression, drug/alcohol addiction, trauma, and severe mental health issues. Every person is unique, therefore I use a variety of counseling approaches, based on client need and response. To me, it is important to help my clients find solutions and create a space where they feel comfortable to explore their understanding of self.
