Do you struggle to believe in yourself? Is your confidence affected by your anxiety, depression or past trauma? I can relate to those feelings of inadequacy and failure for not being able to "push through" and I can also help you work through them.
My Background and Approach
I understand that we are all unique individuals therefore my approach is catered to your needs as well as your goals. I specialize in helping others build their confidence and that in doing that we will see other parts of our lives positively affected by this. I understand that our anxiety and depression may never fully go away but it can be managed and I can give you the tools to ground yourself and make the hard days feel less difficult.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we are all powerful human beings, it just takes extra love and care to tap into that power. We are so good at seeing the potential in others but struggle to see our own potential. We all have our strengths and our weaknesses, but we tend to only see our weaknesses/flaws. I'm passionate about helping others recognize and live out their full potential.
