Alyssa uses a holistic and individualized approach while working with all of her clients. Alyssa offers a range of psychotherapeutic services designed to meet the needs of her clients. Alyssa provides a comfortable and welcoming space to start exploring the conversation of treatment. Compassion, humor, and creating a strong therapeutic relationship are foundations in her practice. Alyssa offers a unique blend of psychological knowledge, emotional processing, and empathic and intuitive reflection. Alyssa believes in the mind/body connection and uses that in her own practice, both professionally and personally. Working with clients around life changes and transitions is something that Alyssa understands first-hand.
