About My Clients
Do you feel "off" or "not like yourself" often? Have you been experiencing more bad days than good? Do you need a space to share your fears or anxieties? Is your child struggling with depressive symptoms? It can be difficult for you or your loved ones to face these obstacles alone. My goal is to provide a safe and secure environment for clients that is free of judgment and provides space for self-exploration. I hope to empower my clients to achieve their full potential through our work together.
My Background and Approach
I am drawn to client-centered and cognitive-behavioral approaches in therapy but hope to integrate all evidence-based treatments that may benefit a client’s unique challenges. I believe clients should be able to drive their own therapy and every relationship that I have with a client is unique to them and their struggles.
