As a parent myself with children diagnosed with ASD and mental health issues, I uniquely understand the stress and challenges of navigating day to day life. I enjoy helping parents advocate for their child, express the stress and frustration that they may experience, and am here to share experiences and resources. Parenting is hard, and we call can use support.

Family conflict often times has a ripple effect on many different areas of life. Navigating relationships, handling barriers and frustrations that come along with communication difficulties often times leads to shutting down, increasing anger, or causing a breakdown in family. Making boundaries can often times feel awkward, as you question your role and others within the family unit. Add on outside influences and stressors, talking to someone can be so helpful.

If you are in the midst of a separation or divorce, having a therapist to navigate the stressors, process the past relationship, and work through the transition can be so helpful. Starting a new chapter, with and making decisions that are in the best interest of you and your family can cause significant stress.

I believe anyone seeking therapy is searching for solutions to their ongoing stressors. I am a strong believer in helping others build networks of support, within their own community and find long lasting solutions to their identified needs.

Everyone is different! Everyone needs to be met where they are at in life and find what works for them.
