Whether you're an individual faced with indescribable grief and loss, struggling to manage your anxiety and/or depression, or feel like you are stuck reliving past traumatic events, I'd be honored to walk alongside you as we explore these concerns. I offer a collaborative, holistic, and compassionate approach to therapy. I am curious and empathetic without pressure or judgment. You’re not just another client to me. I see your unique experiences and together we will tailor therapy to your own personal goals and what matters most to you. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and consider my office to be a safe place for all.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy can be much more than sitting down and talking face-to-face for 50 minutes, if you want it to be. Want to go for a walk? Sit outside? Throw a ball? Grab a blanket, a hot drink, and get cozy? Or visit with the horses while we talk? I'd love to learn how we can make therapy fit for you.
