Whether you're an individual faced with indescribable grief and loss, struggling to manage your anxiety and/or depression, or feel like you are stuck reliving past traumatic events, I'd be honored to walk alongside you as we explore these concerns. My experience has consisted of caring for individuals of all ages, with diverse needs.

I offer a collaborative, holistic, and compassionate approach to therapy. I am curious and empathetic without pressure or judgment. You’re not just another client to me. I see your unique experiences and together we will tailor therapy to your own personal goals and what matters most to you. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and consider my office to be a safe place for all.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy can be much more than sitting down and talking face-to-face for 50 minutes, if you want it to be. Want to go for a walk? Sit outside? Throw a ball? Grab a blanket, a hot drink, and get cozy? Or visit with the horses while we talk? I'd love to learn how we can make therapy fit for you.
