About My Clients
My clients are individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—often carrying the weight of anxiety, trauma, or self-doubt. I work best with people who are ready to explore their inner world with curiosity and courage, including those navigating life transitions, identity questions, or emotional wounds from the past. Many of my clients are LGBTQ+, creatives, or highly sensitive people seeking a safe, affirming space to feel seen and supported. In our work together, I blend evidence-base
My Background and Approach
I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and those navigating trauma, identity development, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling disconnected, unheard, or burdened by experiences that have shaped how they see themselves and the world. I offer a trauma-informed, affirming space where you can safely unpack those experiences.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing happens in relationships with ourselves, others, and our communities. My work is grounded in values of compassion, justice, and authenticity. I’m passionate about creating inclusive, trauma-informed spaces where people feel safe to show up as they are. As a queer therapist and longtime advocate for LGBTQ+ rights, I’m committed to affirming all identities and challenging systems of oppression that impact mental health. I support and regularly engage in community initiatives focused on equity, suicide prevention, and mental health awareness. I believe therapy can be both a personal and political act of reclaiming your voice and rewriting your story.
