ADHD management and support: I am well-versed in understanding the unique challenges faced by individuals with ADHD, such as attention difficulties, impulsivity, hyperactivity, and executive function deficits. I utilize education and psychoeducation, coping skills development, and behavior modification strategies.

I combine evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques. By drawing from these methodologies, I help clients build resilience, develop coping strategies, and cultivate a healthier self-concept. We may address negative self-talk and limiting beliefs, body image issues, overcoming past trauma, assertiveness and boundaries, and goal setting.
