It can be scary to wonder about and own your personal identity whether that be gender, sexuality, or faith. Perhaps you've had questions about your identity your entire life that you've kept in the back of your mind or some article or video just sparked something for you now. It can feel like a daunting task to contemplate coming out in social circles and society. It can feel even more rewarding to live in a way that feels free and happy. I look forward to helping you get to free and happy.
My Background and Approach
I'm a member of ACA's Division for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Issues. I'm Kink and poly friendly. I'm in the HAES and Body Positivity communities. Additionally I work with people dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, and all emotional discomfort. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.
