About My Clients
I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, or who are simply feeling overwhelmed by life stressors and responsibilities. Clients I work with may be looking for more effective ways of managing symptoms or navigating life situations, or looking for a place to talk about and process thoughts and feelings relating to these situations.
My Background and Approach
I am a CBT therapist primarily, but also incorporate ACT principles, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing techniques into my work with clients. I want to meet clients where they are at and am interested in hearing what the client's goals for therapy are and what meaningful progress looks like for them.
