I offer a sensitive, warm, and caring presence. I strive to create a space of empathy. I believe that therapy is for you, the client. Therefore, I allow clients to take the lead in their healing and allow things to unfold naturally over time. I take on the roles of companion and guide. As a holistically oriented therapist, I draw from many different perspectives including relational therapy, narrative therapy, and psychodynamics. For me, feelings are rooted in the body, so my sessions often begin with awareness and attunement of bodily sensations.
