My professional expertise has grown to include working with individuals who have experienced trauma, sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, personality disorders, etc. I specialize in working with both adults and adolescents coping with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, social skills, behavioral issues and relationship issues.

My non-judgmental and empathic approach helps clients develop self-awareness, identify healthy coping skills and use effective problem solving and decision making skills. As a psychotherapist, I work collaboratively with clients to discover what lies at the root of dysfunctional behavioral patterns that have worked in the past but are no longer garnering positive results. We will work together to identify your strengths for personal empowerment and increased life enjoyment. By applying complementary therapy techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavioral patterns or negative perceptions that have held you back from experiencing a more meaningful life.
