I have experience working with a wide range of individuals, but I specialize in supporting teens, adults, and seniors who feel anxious, self-critical, or unsure about their next steps. Many of my clients are navigating transitions — career changes, relationships, or identity shifts — and want to feel more confident in who they are. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, helping you understand your patterns, quiet your inner critic, and move through life with more calm and confidence.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic style is validating, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, grounded in unconditional positive regard. I use psychodynamic approach to help you understand how past experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns may be impacting your current emotions, relationships, and behaviors. By increasing insight and self-awareness, therapy can help create lasting change. I also utilize motivational interviewing to ask you open ended questions and engage in reflection and summarization to help you gain internal insights. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore what feels most important, gain deeper self-understanding, and move toward the change and healing that feel right for you.
