About My Clients
Trying therapy for the first time can feel like a big step. Are you unsure of what to expect? Maybe you feel a little nervous opening up, especially if you've spent a long time keeping things to yourself. It's normal to be nervous, or even scared. So many people feel the same way when they start. The process can feel unfamiliar at first, but it's about being met where you are with care, understanding, and the space to explore your story at your own pace.
My Background and Approach
I believe in creating space for stillness and self discovery in therapy. When counseling, I focus on offering customized interventions for individuals seeking a positive change. To aid my clients in deepening their sense of self, I explore past experiences and work through trauma with a psychoanalytical lens. When working with families or couples I often include attachment work, which can be pivotal when guiding families and couples toward healthier dynamics in communication. Let’s begin a journey of personal growth, and strengthen relationships together.
