I have experience with all ages; children, teens, adults & couples. I work with individuals with anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, substance abuse, personality disorders, family dynamics, relationships, building self-esteem, & trauma.
My Background and Approach
Every person is unique and no process should be exactly the same. I use a person-centered therapy approach that tailors your therapy to meet your specific needs with a variety of therapeutic techniques. I embrace an integrative approach through a strength-based mindset, which fosters positive attitudes as well as a psychodynamic approach with cognitive behavioral techniques. It is important to bring the underlying root issues to the surface & help individuals resolve their issues with the use of effective tools.
