My goal is to get you and your partner on the same page. I offer support to clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, insecure attachments, and low self-esteem.
My overall goal is to provide a therapeutic space that is empathetic, supportive and validating, while being culturally considerate. My ability to empathize and relate allows me to offer a safe space for you to share your core values, beliefs and thoughts that contribute to negative interactions with yourself and others. I utilize evidence based therapeutic modalities (EFT, CBT, etc.) with the overall goal to empower you to lead a fulfilling life and unlock the best version of yourself. I also explore how racial identity and culture affect one's various relationships.
I received a masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University and an advanced certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Long Island University. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist-LP.
