About My Clients
My clients are teens, adults, and couples navigating life transitions like changes in relationships, identity, work, health, or roles often alongside anxiety, ADHD, stress or feeling overwhelmed. Many are looking for a therapist who listens, collaborates, and offers practical tools to help daily life feel more manageable. They want a supportive, down-to-earth space to better understand themselves and move through change with more confidence.
My Background and Approach
Many people I work with come to therapy during times of transition such as changes in relationships, identity, work, health, or roles. When things feel uncertain, overwhelming, or out of sync. I'm especially drawn to people navigating life transitions alongside anxiety, ADHD, stress, or experiences of feeling misunderstood or overlooked. My approach is active, supportive, and collaborative. I aim to create a calm, nonjudgmental space where your lived experience is respected, your needs are honored, and your strengths are recognized. In our work together, we may focus on skills, improving communication, or exploring patterns that keep you stuck. The first session is about getting to know what's bringing you in and what support would feel most helpful, there's no pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to help you feel more steady, supported, and confident as you move through change at your own pace.
