About My Clients
My clients may identify as sensitive, managing depression, anger, anxiety, or loneliness. They crave a space to look within and befriend their inner world. They feel tired of the habitual loops that play out in their relationships and want to have healthier relationships with themselves, their partners, their family members, and their life path. They may feel disconnected from their creative power or want to embody their creative self more. They want depth and radical acceptance.
My Background and Approach
My academic training provides me with an abundance of tools for teaching emotional and nervous system regulation, mindfulness practices, and creative processes for healing and insight. No artistic experience is necessary to participate in art therapy. My extracurricular training in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy has cultivated passion and expertise around the preparation and integration of non-ordinary state experiences. I am not currently offering medicine-assisted therapy in my practice at this time. My approach is collaborative and non-directive. Curiosity is critical in the healing relationship.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a queer woman, I'm passionate about working with individuals who are on the LGBTQIA+ spectrum. With six years of working in the field of psychedelic therapy and psychedelic research, I am devoted to helping my clients explore their relationship with all substances in a judgement-free zone. This is known as Harm Reduction Therapy. I also believe that sexuality is a huge gateway to re-patterning experiences of shame into experiences of empowerment. I'm kink informed, BDSM friendly, and am educated non-traditional relationship structures.
