I draw from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, and Sex Therapy techniques. This integrative approach allows me to address both psychological and interpersonal aspects of a client's goals in therapy.
