My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a decade of experience in mental health and substance use therapy. I hold a Master of Social Work from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. As a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, I prioritize ongoing education and have completed extensive training in crisis intervention and dual diagnosis. My specialties include working with clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This background allows me to offer tailored strategies that resonate with individual experiences. I utilize various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to empower clients in their healing journeys. With my expertise, clients can expect compassionate support and practical tools to foster resilience and create lasting change in their lives.
