Supporting neurodivergent adults and high-achievers in healing from burnout and trauma while creating lives that feel sustainable and authen

Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Newington, CT

About My Clients

My clients are often professionals and neurodivergent adults (ADHD, Autism) who appear to have it all together but feel deeply exhausted underneath. They may be navigating burnout, trauma, perfectionism, or the strain of trying to fit into a world that wasn’t designed for them. In therapy, they’re seeking a space to let go of the mask, feel genuinely understood, and develop practical, sustainable ways to feel more grounded and aligned.

My Background and Approach

I’m a licensed therapist with specialized training in EMDR, somatic therapy, and holistic approaches to healing. My work is grounded in the belief that therapy should be a collaborative, affirming space where you can show up fully...without masking, or judgment. I frequently work with neurodivergent adults (ADHD, autism) and high-achieving professionals who feel caught in cycles of burnout, anxiety, or self-doubt. Together, we’ll slow things down and tune into both mind and body to better understand the patterns that keep you feeling overwhelmed, while building practical, supportive tools for everyday life. My style is compassionate, relational, and centered on honoring your lived experience. I view therapy not only as a path toward symptom relief, but as a process of reconnecting with yourself so you can create a life that feels aligned, sustainable, and authentic.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to be fully seen and accepted. Many of us have learned to push through, mask, or minimize our struggles just to get by. And therapy can become the space where you no longer have to do that. I see neurodiversity, creativity, and sensitivity as strengths rather than flaws, and I believe therapy should support you in reconnecting with those parts of yourself. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for your lived experience. I trust that you already hold wisdom and resilience within you, and my role is to help you access it in ways that feel supportive and sustainable. Ultimately, I don’t see therapy as “fixing” you, but as creating space for healing, growth, and living more authentically in a world that doesn’t always make that easy.
