About My Clients

I support clients ages 12+ struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, and perinatal mental health challenges. I provide a compassionate space to explore your concerns. In our sessions, we'll work together to understand your experiences, develop practical strategies, and create a path toward healing.

My Background and Approach

As a licensed clinical social worker associate, I bring both professional training and lived experience into the therapy room. My background includes work in outpatient mental health and substance use settings, and I now focus my practice on the areas I’m most passionate about—supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, and perinatal mood disorders. I use an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). This means that our work together will be flexible and tailored to you—not a one-size-fits-all model, but a personalized space where your needs and goals guide the process. Whether you're navigating a major life transition or working through long-standing patterns, I’ll meet you with empathy, curiosity, and care. Ultimately, my goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered as you move toward healing.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

At the heart of my work is a deep belief in equity, empathy, and the power of being truly seen. I’m passionate about creating a space that feels safe and inclusive—especially for individuals from marginalized communities. I actively support movements focused on social justice, including Black Lives Matter and reproductive rights, and I strive to reflect those values in my practice. Outside of sessions, I engage in ongoing training and advocacy related to perinatal mental health, trauma, and systemic barriers to care. My hope is that every person I work with feels understood, supported, and empowered to move at their own pace. You deserve a therapist who not only sees you, but stands with you.
