Melan Wellness provides a safe and culturally competent environment in which individuals may learn more about themselves and their connections with others while also experiencing relief in their symptoms.
My Background and Approach
Alyssa has been practicing for the past 7 years with adults, adolescents, and children in multiple settings. She obtained a M.S in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University in 2015, where she was also inducted into an international counseling honors society, Chi Sigma Iota-Lambda Chapter. Alyssa has a very eclectic approach to therapy and includes different approaches based off the need of the client and where they are at in their therapeutic journey.
