About My Clients
You’re doing everything you’re “supposed” to, but missing a deeper sense of connection, belonging, and fulfillment that is only made harder by the injustices and imbalances that exist in your day-to-day life. This is a place to freely express yourself, your emotions, and your ideas and then to process & move through them in meaningful, productive ways. We believe that you have strengths and gifts within you that you haven’t been able to acknowledge before. Our job is to help you discover them.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I know that the better you know yourself, the more equipped you are to handle life stressors and transitions that come your way. My approach to therapy is focused on autonomy: helping you discover the skills and abilities within yourself so that, eventually, you no longer need therapy. My job is to work myself out of a job, helping you feel empowered, confident, and connected in your life. I want to support you in unlocking and discovering your own gifts, learning to live them out in a way that aligns to your unique values, identity, and goals. We don’t live life in a vacuum. As humans, we move through & towards connection in our relationships. By taking a look at how you connect in relationships, environments, and systems around you, we can find ways to foster & build connection not only with yourself, but with the larger communities to which you belong. Living in a brown fem presenting body myself, I understand some of the challenges you may have faced.
