About My Clients
You may be facing a transition in your life, struggling with sense of self or personal relationships, or facing difficult situations that are lingering with you. Sometimes when we experience these we can feel on edge, confused, inadequate. You’re ready for a change and want to be met with a balance that leads you to growth and compassion for yourself.
My Background and Approach
My work has taken place in schools, communities, homes, and hospitals. I have worked with people requiring intensive outpatient services as well as those needing crisis services and inpatient psychiatric care. I have experience working with a diverse variety of children, adolescents, and adults. I will meet you or your loved one where they are with empathy, respect, transparency, and a relaxed nature. I strive to create a space, where you can feel comfortable with being open. Together, we can do meaningful work that will support you in meeting your goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a therapist, but before that I am an imperfect person that has been on a continual healing journey herself. This therapist sees a therapist. My personal and professional experiences leave me with the knowledge that people have layers. I will sit with you in your emotions and peel back with you. Feeling heard and seen in itself is healing.
