About My Clients
My clients are children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are seeking to gain some assistance with their mental health journey. Maybe you are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues or are struggling with your emotions, whatever is on your mind, let's work on it together. My clients come from a variety of backgrounds to find a safe space to grow, learn, heal, and reflect on their journey toward wellness.
My Background and Approach
I have over 5 years of counseling experience working with children, adolescents, and adults to help them meet their mental health goals. My therapeutic approach is integrative with an emphasis on a person centered approach. I strive to facilitate a therapeutic environment that promotes warmth, compassion, respect, and comfort. I am motivated and passionate to provide support to others throughout their mental health journey. I have a B.A. in Psychology from SUNY College at Old Westbury. I am a Master’s candidate with a focus in Mental Health Counseling and Wellness at New York University. I look forward to being of support throughout your mental health journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone should have the opportunity and access to be able to start their therapeutic journey. I also believe that everyone has the ability and strength to obtain their goals. I value honesty and multicultural difference as a clinician. I value the experience of different faiths, sexualities, genders, and race. I enjoy animals as I feel they often provide an additional emotional support in conjunction to therapy. Overall, I want to be of service and help others through their mental health journey.
