I work with adults online individually and in person for groups. I specialize in the use of EMDR, Somatic Psychotherapy, DBT, CBT, and or Solution Focused Brief Therapy for the unique needs of each client to address posttraumatic stress, life transitions, relationship issues, and anxiety symptoms that interfere with completing responsibilities or interests.
