About My Clients

I work best with clients seeking deeper healing through a holistic, trauma-informed lens. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges, I focus on mind, body, and spirit to uncover core root issues; not just symptoms. My ideal clients are open to exploring their inner world with curiosity and compassion, and are ready to engage in meaningful, transformative work toward lasting change.

My Background and Approach

With a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety and depression by exploring the root causes of their challenges. I am committed to providing practical emotional regulation tools that empower you to manage difficult emotions and find balance in your daily life. My approach is grounded in the bio-psycho-social-spiritual model, which allows me to understand you as a whole person—not just your symptoms—so we can work together to foster healing and growth. Through our work, you can expect a compassionate, individualized approach aimed at helping you reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and ultimately thrive in your life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and the understanding that everyone’s journey is unique. I support the idea that healing is not linear, and embracing one’s vulnerability is a step toward profound transformation. Social justice and mental health equity are core values for me, as I believe everyone deserves access to healing, regardless of background or circumstances. (Especially as someone who comes from an immigrant household.) I’m passionate about creating safe spaces where people feel heard and understood, especially those from marginalized communities. Outside of my practice, I enjoy volunteering, exploring mindfulness, yoga, and other body-based practices that promote balance and self-awareness. I also actively support causes that focus on mental health advocacy and creating accessible wellness resources for all.
