About My Clients
Are you feeling burnt out from dating, relationships, or a breakup that turned your world upside down? Is your anxiety, self-doubt, and comparison to everyone around you making your experience being single more lonely? Do you feel like you overthink, self-sabotage, or just end up in the wrong types of relationships because you are afraid to be alone? My passion and mission is to guide you to feel confident, worthy, joyful, and optimistic about both being single and in finding your life partner.
My Background and Approach
My years of experience as a life coach has given me a solid foundation for my work as a therapist. I know what it's like to feel like you're meant for so much more out of life, my role as your therapist is to see your true potential even when you can't, I'm here to hold the vision for your dream life while you move toward becoming who you are meant to be. I primarily work from a CBT orientation and am direct and solution focused. If you are struggling with self-esteem, confidence, & codependency due to a rough childhood, past relationships, or negative self-talk that has made it hard to love yourself, I'm here to shine the light & show you the way. Aside from my speciality in dating and relationships, some of you may identify as chronic over-achievers or are simply stressed, stuck, & anxious about day-to-day life— If you are feeling out of alignment with being the best version of yourself, I will help you bridge the gap from where you are to where you want to be.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that you are meant to live a life you are in love with. I believe that no matter who you are, what you've been through, and what you currently believe is possible for you...there is always space for self-forgiveness & self-love. I am obsessed with taking my clients on the journey of becoming their "highest self"--whatever that looks like for YOU! I will help you get in touch with that vision through meditation, motivational interviewing, and helping you change the way you see yourself and the stories & limiting beliefs that have been holding you back. Neuroscience says YOU can change at any point in your life...if you're willing to get uncomfy and do the work. I myself have done this work for over a decade, and can speak to the transformation that's possible when we choose OURSELVES. I went from being insecure, shy, & anxious ...to confident and being my own best friend (well, most of the time, I'm human, too! ;) Now...it's your turn! :)
