About My Clients
Feeling overwhelmed by all the changes and expectations of growing up? You’re not alone. I help young adults navigate stress, uncertainty, and big emotions during life transitions. With compassion and a grounded, integrative approach, I’ll support you in building resilience, understanding yourself more deeply, and finding steadiness in moments that feel anything but.
My Background and Approach
Trained at Fordham University’s Mental Health Counseling program and as a former school-based mental health practitioner, I have developed a deep understanding of how environment and stability impact us during times of change—whether that’s graduating, shifting job responsibilities, or moving to a new place. In our work together, my goal is to help you understand what you’re experiencing while giving you practical tools you can use in real time. I want you to leave with steady, accessible strategies to turn to when anxiety rises, emotions feel overwhelming, or uncertainty about the future creeps in. We’ll move at a pace that feels supportive and thoughtful, starting with what’s most present for you right now. Together, we’ll explore the patterns beneath your stress and build a personalized toolkit to help you feel more grounded and confident through life transitions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone can grow, adapt, and learn to navigate life’s challenges. Many of the patterns that hold us back are learned strategies that no longer serve us. These can be unlearned and replaced with practical tools that work in real life. I’m passionate about helping young adults process big emotions and life transitions while building resilience and self-awareness. I take a compassionate, thoughtful, and integrative approach, giving you concrete techniques to feel grounded and steady when life feels overwhelming. I’m collaborative and supportive, and I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood.
